Data collected
The personal data collected is the data you voluntarily provide when using the site: Contact form, name, e-mail, subject and message. Quote and order, name, e-mail, phone number, postal address and preferred language, entered by Fifty Minis Studio from your exchanges to draw up and track your quote. Payment, card details are processed exclusively by Stripe or PayPal; Fifty Minis Studio has no access to any card data. Fonts, the site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts (Typekit), as well as icons from Cloudflare (cdnjs), which transmits your IP address to these services whenever a page loads.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your contact requests, basis: legitimate interest. Drawing up, tracking and fulfilling your quotes and orders, basis: performance of a contract. Order-related e-mails (quote, confirmation, shipping), basis: performance of a contract. Accounting and tax obligations, basis: legal obligation.
Data retention
Contact messages with no commercial follow-up are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Order data (name, contact details, quote content) is kept for 10 years in accordance with legal accounting retention obligations.
Processors and hosting
The site is hosted by O2Switch (France). Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
This site does not use any advertising or tracking cookies. A technical session cookie (PHPSESSID), strictly necessary for the admin area to function, may be set; it does not collect any browsing data and does not require consent under GDPR. Your light/dark display choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to the server.
Your rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing relies on it. To exercise these rights, use the contact form or write to [email protected]. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter to the CNIL: cnil.fr.
